Karina is an Argentine-American multi-disciplinary artist with a background in Fine Arts, Creative Writing, Expressive Arts Therapies, and Mindful movement. She studied International Business, Foreign Languages and Fine Arts. Through extensive travel and creative endeavors, she deepened her theoretical and experiential learning in Expressive Arts Therapies through a cross-cultural program focused on the cultural richness of popular art and craft making of the different cultures of the Americas: the indigenous, the European, and the African.
Having been a Qigong and Tai-chi practitioner for years, the integration of this movement meditation with an EXA (Expressive Arts) practice became the center of both, the thesis for her Masters in Trans-disciplinary Art Therapy, and the specialization for my Qigong Level 2 instructor certification.

Elizabeth Houston is an Atlanta-based performer with a strong background in theater, film, and television. Before moving to Atlanta, Elizabeth lived in Los Angeles, where she quickly fell in love with the local improv scene. She studied and performed at UCBLA and IO West. Elizabeth also had the privilege of acting and writing for IO West’s live sketch show, “Top Story! Weekly.” She then went on to study acting at The American Academy of Fine Arts. Upon finishing AADA's program, Elizabeth began training with the wonderful Sam Christensen. It was there she learned, among many amazing things, that her essence is “Awkward,” which she proudly embraces every day. (Love to you, Sam. We miss you.)

When Elizabeth isn’t in front of the camera, she works behind the scenes as an in-ear prompter and actor’s assistant. She’s a fierce advocate for animal rescue, and dreams of one day opening an animal sanctuary with her mom. Elizabeth loves photography, spending time with her niece and nephews, and cuddling with her three dogs, Howie, Sollie, and Sherman (or Hootie, Polly Princess, and Bing Bong as they’re known to their friends).
